About Us

We are a brother and sister team who bring years of knowledge in horticulture, bush restoration, and ecological experience to our work. Having grown up in Careel Bay, we are familiar with the unique and important role of our gardens in shaping the environment around us.

Hi, I’m India

I have over 4 years of experience in working with gardens and ecological restoration. In particular, I enjoy working with Pittwater Spotted Gum Forest plant communities, and connecting clients with their gardens in a sustainable manner. I have a particular interest in Lepidoptera- specifically Hawk Moths- and am always looking for ways to create habitat for local pollinators in the gardens where I work. Beyond my love of gardens, I am a poet and essayist, an amateur banjo player, a painter, and I love snorkelling, surfing, and hiking.

Hi, I’m Evan

I have over 6 years of experience in horticulture and ecological restoration, and a Cert III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management. I specialise in Riparian restoration, and enjoy planting and regenerating gardens so that they are an extension of their local environment. I enjoy investigating all of the processes that occur to create balanced ecosystems, and I bring this knowledge to my work in the garden. Alongside my work in natural landscapes, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from UTS, working with local political groups and community groups to protect the environment. I also enjoy bushwalking, camping, and travel.
